Bus never showed up

So I’ve been waiting since before 4pm, for the 72B bus which was supposed to come at 4:16pm , surprise it never came yet the app acted like it did. I find that pretty much not fair , now I’ll be late for work and be docked hours due to this , if the next one doesn’t come then I’ll be screwed completely. The only buses I’ve seen show up are the 72A/72C which won’t get me downtown near union station.
