Renewal headaches

I have had precheck in some form for the last probably fifteen years. I originally had it when the airlines recommended you and then through the application process received it. I'm up for my first renewal. And it expires on july 16. On June 20 I went and did everything in person that was required. But I am still showing in process and have no clue what to expect

When I processed my renewal there was a receipt emailed to me with a UE ID # to track status
