Post Body

I've been working out for about almost 10 years now and have put on very little muscle. I'm 5'9 currently weighing 193 lbs. I have a hard time losing weight. I had dropped to 182 then life and depression kicked in. I've been having such a hard time getting out of bed every day. I start work late where as before I couldn't wait to get into work and hit the ground running. I have other life issues that drag me down but I feel different "physically" also.

I'm wondering if I have low TRT.

I want to start or at least explore but there is so much conflicting information out there that I just freeze and do nothing.

  1. I'm afraid of really messing up my natural TRT production. Should I be?
  2. What about hair loss? I have alopecia and wouldn't want to make it worse.
  3. I really want to put on more muscle and get leaner, It seems like this will help a lot.
  4. What should I be looking for when I research a clinic? What questions should I be asking?
  5. Should I go to a clinic or a urologist?

These are just some questions in my head right now. I'm just ranting a bit here hoping for some clarification, advice.

Thanks.
