My recent bloodwork was just under 900 total T and 56 E. I was on 180 a week at the time (due to a CC miscalculation) EOD. I'm supposed to be and am now at 160 a week. At this high of E its hard to achieve orgasm and also orgasms are really dull. I'm a bit scared of Anastrozole due to crashing my E once. So I heard about DIM and have started taking it. My first reaction is good, it seems to lower E but not too much. But after taking a pill daily (400 mg), I'm worried that its starting to lower E too much due to decreased libido again. I'm switching to EOD, only going to take a pill on injection day to see if that helps. But I'm wondering if anyone has figured out a scale or something to show how much to take depending on how much you want to lower E. Also, for that matter it would be good to know if there is a chart or something for AIs as well.
