Over the course of the past several months I have had some positive experiences with my own TRT, and now have a close friend asking if he should get checked out for it as well.
When I started I had all the classic symptoms, and was at 35% body fat. Over 7 months of eating better ( I wont say perfect as I still like to eat) but better, and continuing my 4 day a week workout schedule I have lost close to 10% body fat.
My friend shows much of the same symptoms, however he is much heavier than I was. We started working out together and he is doing a little better. His total body fat right now is 48%. Just curious IF anyone else has started TRT with a real high percentage of Body Fat and seen great improvements. He is doing blood work this week to see where his levels are so we will know more then.
