Testosterone cyp, anastrozole, and clomid all prescribed together for starting trt. Too much?

What are peoples thoughts on me starting on all these at once? Doctor prescribed all three but I’ve heard it may be good to hold off on anastrozole until checking levels to see if estrogen is high. Also, I don’t need to be fertile at the moment so is the clomid necessary?
