29M on 80mg test cyp e3d. My e2 was slightly in the high range at my last lab ( 51pg/mL e2 but with test of 1126ng/dl so the ratio was okay).

Those numbers were from when I was on 200mg of test cyp per week. Once I saw the testosterone was over 1000 was when I lowered to 80mg e3d a couple months ago.

I’m still having high acne after lowering. My question is this: if I have just acne but not itchy nipples is it worth doing a low dose ai? Or is the acne just a side effect of testosterone and not necessarily due to e2 being high?
