I was instructed to destroy my defective Trezor T on video with a piece of paper with the date on it. Unfortunately, I forgot to put the piece of paper in the video when I destroyed my device. Is there any way for me to get refunded? I still have the video, and the video should have metadata or whatever. It says when the video was taken. There's just not a piece of paper in the video.

I still have the broken device. I just sent a picture of it with today's timestamp to the support team. I'd just smashed the screen with a screwdriver. What if I make a new video with a timestamp in which I break it even more?
