Please Help with Bricked EAP245 Any help is appreciated

Long story short installed openwrt didn't like it tried to flash stock firmware and now it seems as if both amber and green led's on and i cannot load firmware from tftp. I was trying tio be cheap and use openwrt so i can get a cheap router so i can have fast roaming but the 5g on openwrt was booty and i feel like such an idiot for doing it now. Also trying to recover 192.168.1.1 takes me to the routers recovery page asking to upload firmware but after 100% it fails to update. thanks in advance and i will appreciate any help
I get the Following on the serial console when i power it up
