A coworker unbound an Omada SDN controller from our cloud account. Now I can't log in to the local controller or reset my password.

EDIT: Omada Controller v4.2.4 running on Windows Server 2019

I'm in the process of setting up a second installation on a different server to attempt restoring from backup. While that's happening, I took a look at mongodb and found the omada database. In it, there's an entry for $user in the user collection but there is nothing in localuser. Is it possible to simply change the password for $user or would I have to do some weird hashing thing that's more trouble than it's worth? Or is it possible to create a local user in localuser?

I can try to restore from backup but I don't know if it'll restore everything such as my RADIUS settings. I'd like to avoid screwing that up. I also don't know if I'd find myself in the same boat being unable to sign in.
