What should I use with ThePiratebay.online

So I used to download all the time in 2010-2012 from TPB, and had RSS feeds set up to automatically download things. I had a monthly subscription setup with BTguard and setup a proxy with uTorrent. Is that still the best way to handle downloading from there or is there a more approved method these days?
