I'm still trying to reason out the details but I've long been considering creating a community managed compendium of all Touhou arrangements. The TLMC, which I'm sure many of you have, is outdated, incomplete, and bulky, so I was thinking of setting up a webserver that in many ways acts like vgmdb but has both extra metadata, search options, YouTube/Soundcloud/etc links, and potentially downloads in various formats (barring copyright issues). The idea is users will submit/edit data to be confirmed by a moderator/administrator subgroup. This way we aren't all waiting on one guy to compile a giant mass of data by himself.

The only thing stopping me is money. A high bandwidth/storage webserver is very costly. If there is enough interest, I will continue, otherwise I'm scrapping the idea.
