Basically I have Orbot, an Android and a VPN. I'm a bit of a rookie in this area of networking (VPNs and such) but obviously I need to start somewhere.

Can I set my android network connection up as per the following:

Device/All network traffic ==> VPN ==> Tor (via Orbot)

If YES: How? What settings do I need to change, etc.? What does the traffic look like to others if observed? Where are the possible leaks?

If NO: Why not? Could it be tweaked?

[A simple yes or no is fine, but informative answers are strongly requested (if possible) so I may learn more about the processes at work here. Other info like what security risks it poses and such is also welcome but not what I care about so much.]

Please don't lecture me about why I would want this, or call it stupid/overkill, etc., bluntly put: I'm not asking for your opinion on this, just how (if) it might be done.
