Broken Herb Angels pen from Cafe

Hey all,
Bought for the first time the other day. Got the Herb Angels THC pen on Friday. Looked half full (I assume that was normal).
It stayed at about that level for a few days, I used it pretty minimally but on Tuesday it was bone dry! The tip was also sticky and you could see some goop inside the hole, so I'm assuming it leaked? Does anyone have any advice on what to do, it's all gone now and I feel like I wasted $50
