Guangdong - Persistence Ibuka with ideal product cycles and PTRG

Italy - Socdem or Libdem Italy either CPS or OFN aligned

Iberia - Liberal Iberian Federation

Russia - Modernist Tomsk or Ultravisionary Soviet Federation

South America - Argentina, Brazil and Colombia have USA aligned, democratic governments

Africa - OFN full victory with South Africa being more pro-ANC and successful decolonialization of the 3 seperate mandates

Asia - Progessive Indias working closely with their respective spheres, CPS nations remain in the CPS with developmentalist and/or democratic regimes, wars are as quick as possible
