TMJ cured from sleeping on hard surface
Post Body

Posting this in hopes to help some people and give them some hope that i’m some cases it gets better!

For months / years I hard horrible TMJ like popping my jaw and readjusting my jaw for most of the day. The popping was extremely loud and I could even hear air flowing through upon opening my mouth. It was pretty bad and made my jaw alignment feel extremely uncomfortable like 75% of the day to the point I was just opening my mouth wide everywhere to pop it into place.

UNTIL, it went away literally overnight. For 1 week, I had slept on a very hard inflatable mattress that put a lot of pressure on my jaw while sleeping. One morning I woke up with my TMJ jaw extremely sore and couldn’t open it all the way. It felt like my jaw had broken as it was so tight and in pain, I couldn’t pop my jaw socket anymore. Once the inflammation and soreness went away, my jaw was perfectly aligned like pre-TMJ. Feels like I never had it.

Wonder if anyone has any similar stories or if this can be replicated to help anyone.
