This seems to be quite a popular vid with a lot of positive comments.
Are these good exercises for muscular TMJ.
I am slightly confused because one of the exercises involves opening the mouth very very wide, but one of the classic things you're not "supposed" to do with TMJ is wide mouth openings e.g. avoid wide yawns.
Is this sort of stuff likely to cause more damage or help?
As I say I have overly tight masseters, but no issues with the joint itself.
