Inside left ear constantly feels swollen and hot, inflamed

Left side of jaw feels swollen/ out of place

Constant running of mucus down the left of my throat

Opening and closing jaw leaves the side aching

I feel likes it’s a tmj issue that’s affecting my ear instead of the opposite

I did an x ray of my jaw and my dentist said they don’t see enough though the x ray because it doesn’t show all the jaw cartilage so I need an MRI, is that true?

I feel really bad because this is gonna be expensive and I’m in so much agony with this constant fullness in my ear jaw and throat, it’s like I’m going deaf, but then I put a speaker near my ear I’m hearing as clear as my other ear, so it’s like something is squeezing my ears shut

Also I feel like there’s a hole in my throat that’s backed up and constantly leaking mucus or something else in my throat
