Magnesium glycinate - vent post

Post Body

Yet another source of relief that I cannot utilize. I'm fucking allergic to magnesium glycinate. Took me almost three weeks to find out.

I get hives in the summer. Not terrible, just a slight patchy rash usually around my wrists, elbow crease, and the backs of my knees. Doesn't ever cause much distress. It comes and goes for an hour or two on days I go outside.

I thought that's what was happening. A little more severe than usual, but nothing major.

But it never went away. It kept getting worse.

Here I am, my arms are on fucking fire, my ribs are all speckled and textured and itchy. It's nearly as bad as the time I needed a Benadryl shot because I was taking zinc and a B12 complex, I'm apparently allergic to that too.

So far this is the only reaction, really hoping it doesn't get any worse, but still a bummer. I feel like it started working for me and now I just have to pitch the rest of the bottle.

Everything sucks all the time. I'm allergic to everything, animals, seasons, weather, grass, trees, most fresh fruit, most raw vegetables, dust, mold, existence. My connective tissue was replaced with silly string the moment I hit puberty. My jaw is highly unpredictable and unreliable. Constant pain all the time in one form or another. Everything is bullshit.
