Question about ear.

Not sure if I even have TMJ but my right jaw cracks when I open it wide. I always feel like I need to crack it. My tinnitus does get worse if I push jaw in or clench teeth. Not sure if that’s an indication.
Last few days I keep getting a sore jaw feeling on both side and both of my ears get a quick jolt of pressure like your driving up a mountain. It only last, maybe a 30 seconds then back to normal. I also get temple headaches.
The ear pressure thing is annoying. Is this normal?
