I need to transfer my minecraft data from tlauncher to the real minecraft and i need help

So i just found out about the tlauncher issue and i just got the real minecraft. I played quite alot on tlauncher and i dont wanna lose my world so does anyone mind helping me transfer my tlauncher world to the actual minecraft file before completely deleting tlauncher?
