Finished, walked out of HK and jumped on a taxi. Started to chit chat with the driver. Told me, the cops are crooked and desperate AF right now. Said a month back had an American just like me, left HK and was taking him back to the border. When a cop pulled him over and said they made the American get out. Told him that he matched a person of interest who had committed a murder recently. The taxi driver told the cops he had just picked up the the guy from HK and the cops got mad because he was sticking up for the American. So one of the cops planted a bag of drugs in the taxi and arrested him and the American. Told me he spent a couple of days in jail until he saw a judge. Pretty much told be just be careful.
