How many people here actually live in Tijuana or San Diego?

I have my internet bill as proof of residence. I find it weird how there's some people that try hard to gatekeep "their Tijuana" that they don't even live in and spend 99% of their waking hours speaking English and the occasional "gracias" if that counts as Spanish. And their perception of "going to TJ" is just going to Hong Kong.
