HK chargiing 16/1 thats almost a extra 3 pesos per a dollar. So that $6 beer is actually a $5 beer if you negotiate in pesos and get pesos from a US bank w/0 atm and foreign transaction fees at a TJ ATM. IYKYK, please don't make me explain why you're getting a good deal if you don't understand.
