If you have an Iphone you might see a message saying that the chatroom was blocked for pornographic content but that just means you have to disable the adult Filter in the settings through the website instead of the app. Here's the link for the telegram website...

Once you sign in through the website you can go to Settings then Privacy and Security and turn off the adult filter.
