Last week I found myself logged out of my Tidal account on my phone. It was then that I realised I hadn't updated my card details with Tidal since my old card had now expired, Doh!
I have since updated my payment details and they have just today taken this month's payment, but I still can't log in on my phone. I can log in to the web version and the windows desktop app just fine, so my account seems to be OK. I checked via the devices screen on my account settings via the Tidal web site and my phone is listed there but it says that I haven't logged in on it since October, which is BS because it was working fine on my phone up until about a week ago.
I don't get any error message, I enter my user name and click the continue button and it just flashes the Tidal logo on and off on the button and doesn't progress any further how ever long I wait. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app but it makes no difference.
I have contacted Tidal support but just got an auto-response about how busy they are and also asking for info that was already in the body of the message I sent them to raise the issue, so I thought I would ask here and see if anyone has had a similar issue?
