App keys refreshing on my iPhone help please

I’m using Tidal connect to my Wiil pro plus. I don’t close the app but if I do other things on my iPhone or put my phone down come back to it later go back to tidal and see what song is playing sometimes the app refreshes. I went to the settings and turned background app refresh for tidal off. Any ideas? TIA.
