That’s actually what I don’t understand.  The whole ethos talks about there being more than two genders, NB is a real thing, why not just use that bucket?

A) I spend a lot of time with elected officials at high level.  You don’t get there being dumb.  These guys are all playing personas.  You kinda have to be dumb not to understand that.  Voters are not smart as a group, and intellectuals get shit on when they run as such

B) not inherently grasping the inner world of people who have disordered brain patterns doesn’t make one dumb.  Just like you’re not dumb for not grasping the inner workings of a brain deep on the autism or ASD spectrum (ie clinical psychopathy)

To me, that’s where the line between dysmorphia and disphoria get blurred.

My body is fit and perfectly functional at 135 lbs, but my brain only accepts a much bulkier version of me in the mirror and scale.

And I’m sure a brain scan would identify some non neurotypical pattern too.  Not that there isn’t a specific pathology to trans in particular.  I guess I just don’t see the functional n difference between the two as common treatment of both is the consumption of exogenous sex hormones.

Gender is more than just a social construct.

Humans have sexual dimorphism, meaning there are a lot of roles women can’t physically do and likewise for men.

No matter how much gender affirmation I get, I can never get pregnant.  No matter how much gender affirmation GI Jane gets, she’ll never meet Navy SEAL fitness standards.

You can answer their question with a few sentences if you actually know wtf you’re talking about.
