I just want to get a plug in for a company that is rare in today's market/world because they give excellent customer service. The products are the bomb, reasonable, and highly recommended, but I'm here to relate the experience of my first order with them.

It was lost in the mail but they worked with the post office so we eliminated the possibility that it was still undelivered somewhere and then they replaced the entire order. I know I should not be shocked but I'm used to the Dark Net and markets that you could not trust most of the time, and just US customer service in general that has gone to crap, especially post Covid. So, I had to wait an extra week for my order, but they replaced everything and were super nice about it.

I'm going to order again soon, which I would do for the products alone. For the great customer service, I'm going to spread the word.
