sand quartz atomizer?

I recently purchased the randy’s charm battery and it came with a ‘sand quartz atomizer.’ I have a brand new 1g thc cart (essence brand strawberry cough) that won’t pull on any battery due to an internal threading issue. I’ve heard that trying to ask for an exchange or refund at my local dispo is kind of an arduous process so before I start that I was wondering if it was possible to somehow get whatever’s in the cart out and into the empty atomizer and use it normally? Sorry if that’s a dumb question, I don’t really know much about the equipment part of smoking.
