I would bet money TES6 will have ship building and sailing.

If TES6 takes place in Hammerfell and High rock, I would bet money that we’ll be able to sail a scaled up illiac bay with islands and pirates.
I assume we’ll be able to build ships, captain crews, and build settlements. It seems to be a staple in Bethesda games now.
