Entering rating mode issue - it wont let me!

I have just joined telus and want to start rating.
I have installed the extensionĀ and logged into the rater hub. when i get the prompt toĀ Ā
'Start 'Rating Mode' by entering your Google credentials, or click cancel or close this tab if you do not want to enter Rating Mode.'
I press to continue with google and nothingĀ happens. I haveĀ also tried to press the need help button but that also doesn'tĀ do anything. Does anyone know how can I solve this so I can start rating?
