I just got this warning email and I include the caveat I was allowed to work up to 35 hours per week for this time period:
You were recently contacted as part of our timesheet review, and we are reaching out to you again today regarding your timesheet entry for the period of 02/25/2024 to 03/09/2024.
During this period, we can see you worked 35.74 hours in Rater Hub while your total time logged in your timesheet was 54.65 hours (excluding training time). As a result, there 18.91 hours logged in your timesheet for non-rating work.
It is important to ensure you accurately record your Hours Worked and any additional time you have received written approval to complete in Workday, such as training time. Training time must be logged separately in your timesheet. Please also specify the nature of the training, for instance, attending webinars, completing a learning path, etc. via a comment.
What am I supposed to do about this? I entered the time according to the AET of the task, and even took a longer amount of time per task to try to to not go too fast. I still get this warning saying they're going to remove me if the time isn't EXACT.
Am I really supposed to sit there and stare at the timer to submit at the max AET of a task if I want the max amount of available work?
