American classrooms vs. TEFL classrooms in Southeast Asia?
Post Body

Hi! So I'm currently in college to be an English teacher at an American university. All of my assignments, instructions, examples, instructional videos, field experience, everything, and I mean EVERYTHING is designed for the American education system because that's where everyone I'm in class with intends to live for the rest of their lives.

After graduating I plan on getting my CELTA in Hanoi and teaching English in Vietnam for 3-5 years. What am I missing? What about Southeast Asian schooling isn't being covered in my classes? Do classroom management skills transfer or am I going to need to relearn a few things?
