Hi all, for those who are currently working at (or have worked at) an EF in China - how do you find climbing up the ladder? I feel in my particular branch that those people who are tapped on the shoulder to apply for Senior Teacher or ADOS are usually those with years of teaching experience or outside qualifications (CELTA, B. Education) - and those of us who are from outside industries (e.g. Finance) with bare minimum qualifications (e.g. 120-hour TESOLs) are passed up.
