Lets start this book club back up it's been a dead spot for to long now. I am going to read The Mechanical by Ian Tregillis with or without you people. Then I will be at Nina's Coffee Shop on 11/23 at 6:30pm for anyone that wants to talk about it. If that goes at all well we will go from there.

I don't know anything about the book. I read "Something More Then Night" by the author and it was pretty solid. This will be the first book in a trilogy he is writing and the description sounds suitably fun that I'm going to read it. The author does really well writing about the metaphysical and has some solid scifi chops since he has a PHD in physics. So at the bare minimum it should really give some good conversation starters.
