Im 25 and was in a car accident 2 years ago, and have been diagnosed with a cognitive communicative disorder. I forget things I’m constantly tired, I struggle to understand verbal instruction and feels like I can’t keep up with life. I tried to go back to school and work which lead to me messing up frequently at my job (losing check driving to wrong locations) and forgot to put my car in park once, driving through someone’s garage. Because of this I had to quit my job and I’ve struggled with the most severe anxiety I have ever experienced. I am so anxious to work and worry I won’t be able to work a good paying job because of the after effects of the accident. Does anyone have suggestions to occupations for neurodivergent Indy who have had a similar experience ? I’m hoping to get my masters in social work.
