Is this synesthesia?
Post Body

I literally feel the vibration of sound all over my body when, for example, a door closes, my cat meows, my son walks through the house. It isn't every time and it isn't every sound, and it seems to happen most often when I'm at home and generally more relaxed.

This may be too vague of a thing to be synesthesia, but I'm curious since I learned about auditory-tactile synesthesia. Nothing I've read explains what I experience. It doesn't quite line up with what I've read about synesthesia and nothing else explains it. Any insight would be much appreciated.
