confusing #s and letters by colors?

yall ever do this? ex. at work the other day i said “the 28th” when i meant the 24th, just 4 and 8 are both green to me! same happens a lot w 0 and 1 (both grey) and it used to really trip me up on math as a kid. any1 else?
