I was trying to find the right solution for me to sync my Obsidian.md vault for free and tried Syncthing and it was such a breeze. But then I found out the Android app is draining my battery. Tbh I didn't feel it before until I open the battery settings and saw that Syncthing had like 50-70% of power consumption compared to other apps which only took like 3-11%
Is there a work-around for this? I also tried the forked version but couldn't find any settings that can set a trigger about how and when to sync except for the on-charge option which also in the original app, which wouldn't be convenient for me.
At the same time I don't want to use other alternative because Syncthing feels just right for me especially the desktop version with the localhost and without the need of other online storage service like Google Drive, One Drive, Dropbox, etc.
Thank you!
