I have been having heart palpitations for about the last year and a half and over the course of the last one to three months I have started to develop some other symptoms. I get this feeling of almost like electric pressure in my chest when I am lying down sometimes or sitting and while I have never fully passed out because of this the other morning directly after sex I was laying in bed and started to get that feeling of pressure in my chest and then that was immediately followed by a loss of coordination of my muscles. It was literally like doing a wallbanger back in middle school where you would bend over and hyperventilate and then stand up really fast and hold your breath and hope you would pass out. Most the time you've never pass out but you'd get really shaky... That was like this 100%.
Thursday before last I was wearing an at home heart monitor prescribed by my doctor when we were on the way to my son's parent-teacher conferences and I started having heart palpitations. I ended up in the hospital where they ran a whole slew of tests everything from an echocardiogram to MRI to a stress test and everything came back normal- so they sent me home. They say that my vagus nerve is not signaling my heart tonbeat often enough because it's hyperactive.
Y'all this is terrifying... I've never had issues like this before- am I going to be okay? Am I going crazy? I feel so hopeless right now to be honest.
