Staff Rights and Responsibilty
Post Body

This post is about staff and what is expected of you, what you should and should not do, and the differences between ranks.

First up, I should state that there is no actual difference between the permissions given on the server, everyone who is needed shall be opped, but not everyone should use said permissions if not needed

The Build Team

We'll start off with those with the least responsibility. The Build team is given op to give themselves and VoxelSniper and WorldEdit perms, so they're not relying on a mod or admin being on for them to be able to do stuff. They shouldn't use /kick or /ban or any other major things unless absolutely neccisary, and should leave it to one of the staff members if they are around.

The Mod Team

Next up is the mods, who's responsibility is to moderate, unsurprisingly, and are okay to use /kick, and /ban but don't perma ban people without asking an admin. Anything you think is a major decision, please ask an admin first, unless absolutely necessary.

The Admin Team

The admin team have access to whatever they need, and unless it's a massive decision, they don't need to ask to do stuff.

Please understand, that if ANYONE, even all the admins, abuse their power repeatedly, there will be consequences, whether it's having your power taken away, or being temp banned, you won't get away with it.

However, I trust all you guys, and I hope that we can all work together well and do something great with this project.
