Actually im at the hotel since the fist day of my receiving keys... (onw week) And signed my contract, because i cant live on my new appartement.

I have 3 insupportable noise: 1. Big noise at the bathroom, its like falling the stairs with metallic plaques, duration 5-10 sec, every 20mn without stop. https://youtu.be/Vn19rfPsqh8

1. Vibration sound(non stop), very high on the biggest room, medium at the kitchen and dining room, and less at the smalest room and bathroom.
2. New one... Found yesterday, its the same of flushing the toilet every 15sec...

Its a new appartement, the construction finished last month i think.

When i. Signed the contract the "gerence" heard the big noise but didnt care much...

When i tried to sleep the first day it was impossible... Due to the noise.. Then i sent an email.

The gerence said to me they will send someone, but they dont know when, who they will send, and how much time they will need to fix that...

And for me im paying an hotel using all my money, i cant move my furniture because im waiting to fix that.

They will not pay my hotel and they dont know why and when i can sleep again there... Without problem.

When i asked yesterday again, the man said the me normally i have to move next month but they let me move earlier, i said to him but its a non sensey because if i moved next month the problem will be the same...

Another problem on this appartement we need to push up the internet, but the owner made an contract with a enterprise, we the tenant are obligated to take them to push internet into our home, they are the only we can ask to, then they put the price at 500 fr... I said but i didnt sign anything making me obligated to take them, he said but the owner yes then i have to do that if i want internet.. I cant take any other enterprise to do that...

Some part of the appartement are broken, the instead of asking to just fix that he said he will just make photo for when i move out...

I have too much problem on this new appartement. They want me to pay for an appartement i cant even live. Im litterally paying a hotel knowing i already have an appartement its absurd...

They dont give me any help and i just have to sit and wait for some signal.

My question is with all those problem, there a way to cancel this contract because all this ??

I dont want anymore to live here, if at the first week i have all this i dont want to imagine after...
