Paying VAT on an item ordered from abroad
Post Body

So I ordered an item from Andorra, purchase price was €4700 without VAT and I knew I was going to have to pay Swiss VAT once it arrived, their support said that DHL was going to send me an invoice after delivery. Fast forward to today and I was in contact with their customer support recently, apparently DHL sent them the invoice and they are now charging me directly, which is OK, I knew that I was going to pay it either way, but they're charging me Euros, which adds more costs in terms of exchange rate and international transfer.

So, can I demand them charge me in CHF instead? Or can I tell them to tell DHL to pound sand and invoice me directly?
