I’ve got an Italian stiletto that was recently passed down from a family member who passed and I want to get it repaired

The knife has a little rust, it’s a little dirty, but the button doesn’t spring open, I can click the button and open it by pulling the blade out with my fingers though, lock still works. Is there anywhere I can send it to to get repaired or restored? At not a very high cost, or is there any way I can fix it on my own?
