Windows wont recognize my switch in RCM

I apologize in advance if I am not in the right spot to ask this, and I would appreciate any help that I can get.

I am still on the first step for installing CFW - Checking to see if my switch is patched or not. I am able to get my switch into RCM (Both with tin foil and a paperclip methods) but after I connect to my windows 10 pc, I don't even see it show up in device manager. I am using my PC to send the payload to the switch, but no matter what I do or what port I plug it in to, TegraRcmGUI does not recognize it.

Again, I am sorry if this is not in the right place, I am just out of ideas. Thanks in advance!
