Does SX ox or tinfoil support hdd ntfs format for installing only?

I want to use my hdd storage to install games on switch sd card. Iām not trying to play on the hdd. Iām just trying to find an easy way, cause running tinfoil with nut my hotspot from my very slow so the take so much time. I need a way to install nsp to the switch sd card without nut network. Tinfoil or SX ox not finding my hdd I was wondering if cause is NTFS. Thanks for any help
