Help fix Sd card won’t save data after disconnected from pc

I have a 512 NWestun micro SD after I finished creating emunand pop ii into pc added switch folder and others files transfer went well but every time I disconnected from pc every thing I just sent disappeared the main folder stay but subs or files inside folder vanished empty
