Slow load times and failed installs

Been using the PP for a bit and after trying the normal HB shop out I reinstalled PP and now it's a nearly 10 min wait for it to load and it's a 1 in 6 or so chance that anything will install. Any idea how to fix it?
Even tried redownloading the PP and reinstalling it with no luck.
