Pokémon SV 3.0 patch not downloading

I’ve downloaded the nsp file for Pokemon Scarlet’s 3.0 update because I want to play the DLC. Tinfoil is not working for me because when I boot it up, it stays on the black screen and doesn’t load in. Before, it would say unable to launch and kicks me back to the homescreen. I updated the sigpatches and it still doesn’t work.
I tried using Goldleaf and it would give me an error for the nsp file. I even tried downloading through DBI to no luck. Can anyone help me?
